When does the additional fee for trading outside regular market hours apply?

U.S. regular market hours change depending on whether daylight saving time is in effect.

The table below shows when the additional fee applies in U.S. Eastern Time (ET).

When does daylight saving time change?

When daylight saving time begins, the local clock moves from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.

When daylight saving time ends, the local clock moves from 2:00 a.m. back to 1:00 a.m.
