Acceptance
By connecting your wallet or using DollarParking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What DollarParking is
DollarParking is a non-custodial interface. It helps you access third-party decentralized protocols (such as UniswapX order flow and Ondo Global Markets tokens). DollarParking is not an exchange, broker, dealer, or a decentralized exchange (DEX) itself — it is an interface that makes those protocols easier to use. We do not operate UniswapX or any DEX, and we do not custody, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or wallet. We never execute or sign transactions for you.
Your wallet, your responsibility
Every on-chain action — approvals, orders, transfers — requires your own explicit signature in your own wallet (e.g. MetaMask). You are solely responsible for the actions you authorize, for reviewing each transaction before you sign, and for keeping your keys and recovery phrase secure. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
No advice
Nothing in DollarParking is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Tokenized assets carry risk and you may lose funds. All decisions are your own.
Third-party services & assets
DollarParking depends on third parties it does not control — including UniswapX, the Ondo/GM token issuer, MetaMask, RPC providers, price oracles, and order fillers. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, security, solvency, or actions (including token de-peg, redemption halts, smart-contract bugs, price movements, or an order not being filled).
As-is, no warranty
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, the accuracy of displayed prices or data, or that any transaction will settle.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DollarParking and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the interface, from third-party protocols, from market or price movements, or from your own actions.
Eligibility & compliance
You must be at least 18 years old — and of legal age in your jurisdiction, where that age is higher — to use DollarParking. By connecting a wallet you represent that you meet that requirement. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and represent that you are permitted to use the service. It is not offered where prohibited.
Prohibited jurisdictions
You may not use DollarParking if you are located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any of the following jurisdictions (each a “Prohibited Jurisdiction”): Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, Cuba, the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), the Kherson region, the Zaporizhzhia region, and the city of Sevastopol (each of Ukraine), the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, or the United States of America (including any of its states, possessions, territories, or federal districts). You also may not use DollarParking if you are a “U.S. person”, or acting for the account or benefit of any “U.S. person”, within the meaning of Rule 902 of Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Persons who are, directly or indirectly, 50% or more owned or controlled by any person(s) located or resident in a Prohibited Jurisdiction are likewise prohibited from using DollarParking.
Sanctions compliance
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland; (b) you are not owned or controlled by any person or entity on such a list; and (c) you will not use DollarParking to transact with any person or entity on such a list or in any Prohibited Jurisdiction. DollarParking screens connected wallet addresses against applicable sanctions lists; if your wallet is flagged, your access is restricted immediately.
Ondo assets
Certain tokenized assets accessible through DollarParking are issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited (“Ondo”). Access to Ondo assets is subject to Ondo’s own eligibility requirements. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
