What this page is
This page explains how to have your data deleted from DollarParking (달러파킹) — the mobile app and the website at dollarparking.app. DollarParking has no accounts, no sign-up and no KYC. The only identifier we hold is your public wallet address, so a deletion request is made for a wallet address rather than for an account.
How to request deletion
1. Message @dollarparking on Telegram and tell us the wallet address you want removed. 2. We may ask you to sign a short message from that wallet, so that nobody can request deletion of someone else's data. 3. We delete the records listed below and confirm to you. What we delete
For the wallet address you give us, we delete: your watchlist, meaning the ticker symbols you saved; your wallet-activity record, meaning the address together with when it was first seen and when it last connected, disconnected or acted; and your referral attribution, meaning the partner link you arrived through, if any.
What we keep, and for how long
We keep the order-audit trail. It holds one append-only record per order event: the order hash, your wallet address, whether it was a buy or a sell, the ticker, and what we asked your wallet to sign at what price. We keep these records for 5 years from the order and delete them after that. They are excluded from deletion requests for two reasons: they are the evidence we use to adjudicate a reimbursement claim if an order goes wrong, and each record is chained to the previous one by a hash, so removing a single row would destroy the integrity of the whole trail.
What no one can delete
Your on-chain activity — every transaction your wallet signed — lives on the public Ethereum blockchain. Nobody, including us, can delete or change it. Deleting our records removes nothing from the blockchain, and the trades themselves stay publicly visible against your address forever.
Data on your own device
Your transaction history and your profit and loss are computed and stored on your own device, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app, or clearing your browser storage on the website, removes all of it. You do not need to contact us for that, and we cannot delete it for you because we never had it.
